Thyrocare Technologies Limited has appointed Rajdeep Panwar as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Panwar has experience in P&L management, business expansion, strategic planning and managing multi-centre diagnostic operations. He has been involved in the launch and management of more than 200 diagnostic laboratories and was part of the founding teams of two healthcare ventures.
Before joining Thyrocare, Panwar was Director at GHL Pharma & Diagnostics Ltd. (GHL–Medanta), where he worked on the expansion of Medanta Labs in North India. He has also held roles at Apollo Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson, and Dr. Lal PathLabs, covering business expansion, commercial strategy, technical operations, customer support, process excellence, accreditation and organisational change.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Panwar will be responsible for the P&L of Thyrocare and will lead its commercial functions, including franchise and corporate business, direct-to-consumer channels, customer relationship management, customer operations, catalogue management and radiology services. His role will focus on revenue growth, customer experience and expansion across India.
