Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has launched a Women’s Day campaign titled ‘InDEVIsible’, centred around a large-scale mosaic installation created in Bengaluru to highlight themes of women’s empowerment.
The campaign uses the idea of a puzzle to reflect the many roles women play in everyday life. The installation depicts a multitasking woman, with each puzzle piece representing different aspects of identity—personal, professional, emotional and aspirational. Together, the pieces form a larger image intended to symbolise how individual strengths collectively create resilience.
As part of the campaign, the mosaic installation was created across an area of approximately 2,500 square feet, making it one of the largest installations of its kind depicting women’s empowerment.
The installation has been recognised by the Asia Book of Records with the title 'The Largest Mosaic Puzzle Installation Depicting Women’s Empowerment.' The recognition was awarded for the scale and collaborative assembly of the installation. The assembling involved employees of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank along with members of the ITPL Tech Park community. According to the organisers, the initiative was designed to encourage participation and conversation around the contributions and leadership of women across different spheres of life.
Commenting on the initiative, Lakshman Velayutham, Chief Marketing Officer at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, said, “‘We perceived InDEVIsible’ beyond being just a Women’s Day initiative - it is a tribute to the everyday leadership, resilience, and transformative impact of women across India. The recognition by the Asia Book of Records for the Largest Mosaic Puzzle Installation, depicting Women’s empowerment is a proud moment for all of us. It reinforces our belief that when individuals come together with shared purpose, they create impact at a scale. At Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, being inclusive and celebrating the role of women in shaping families, enterprises, and the nation’s progress remains integral to our ethos.”
