Voltas Beko has launched a new brand campaign, ‘Sense Toh Banta Hai’, featuring actor Manoj Pahwa in a series of digital films focused on practical innovation, product value and everyday appliance choices.
The campaign builds on Voltas Beko’s earlier consumer communication, including its ‘Tested by Real Moms’ platform, while broadening the conversation to household decision-making. The brand said purchase decisions are now influenced by multiple members of a household, including partners, parents and younger family members, alongside the primary homemaker.
The new campaign uses everyday situations to communicate product benefits and make appliance features easier to understand. It will initially run through digital films featuring Pahwa, whose humour and relatable persona are central to the campaign’s execution.
“Indian consumers are among the smartest and most discerning in the world. They look for products that deliver real value, and that is exactly what we are committed to offering—world-class quality, meaningful innovation and exceptional value. But being a smart consumer shouldn’t mean having to navigate layers of marketing jargon to make a choice,” said Nirpesh Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer, Voltas Beko.
“With ‘Sense Toh Banta Hai’, we are cutting through that noise and bringing the conversation back to what really matters: the experience a product delivers every day. A refrigerator that keeps food genuinely fresh. A washing machine that delivers outstanding performance. Appliances that are thoughtfully engineered for Indian homes and built to deliver lasting value,” he added.
The campaign is based on consumer insights and focuses on product performance and value rather than product claims. The brand has also conducted consumer activations across key markets ahead of the digital campaign.
The campaign positions ‘Sense Toh Banta Hai’ as a new brand platform for Voltas Beko, with the company continuing to focus on appliances built for Indian households and communicating their benefits through everyday use cases.
