Conran Design Mumbai, Havas’ global brand and design consultancy, has announced the appointment of Tazeen Shaikh as Associate Creative Director and Jervin D'Souza as Client Partner.
Based in Mumbai, they will play a pivotal role in strengthening its capabilities across brand strategy, design excellence and client partnerships.
Shaikh brings extensive experience in brand and experience design, having worked across identity systems, corporate branding, brand architecture, environments, retail, visitor experience centres, wayfinding, signage and digital platforms. Prior to joining Conran Design, she served as Design Director at Landor, where she led the creative direction and delivery of integrated brand and experience programmes for leading brands including Tata Motors, Tata.ev, Godrej, Dell, Jio, Dunkin, Asian Paints and Bridgestone.
D’Souza, on the other hand, has a strong background in business growth and client leadership, with experience spanning brand consulting, advertising, experiential marketing and business development. Most recently, he was Client Director at Landor, where he played a key role in business expansion, strategic client leadership and delivering integrated branding programmes for clients including Amazon, P&G, Tata Motors, Castrol, Godrej Properties, One8, Adani Cements, Generali Central and American Tourister.
Together, along with Almas Ahmed, Senior Director, Brand strategy, they will focus on expanding the agency's strategic and creative impact, deepening client relationships and unlocking new opportunities for growth across sectors.
