Tata Trent Group has appointed Deepshikha Agarwal to lead the beauty business for Westside, strengthening the retailer’s leadership team as it sharpens its focus on the category.
Agarwal announced the move on LinkedIn, where she shared that she has joined Tata Trent Group to head the beauty business for Westside. She brings experience across retail, beauty and brand-building, and joins the Tata Group company after a stint at Reliance Retail.
Her appointment comes at a time when Westside continues to expand its beauty proposition within the broader lifestyle retail space, with the category emerging as an increasingly important growth lever for fashion and department store players.
Before joining Tata Trent Group, Agarwal was associated with Reliance Retail, where she worked across beauty and retail functions.
