dentsu’s Bharti Agrawal joins Monks as Chief Financial Officer, APAC, Marketing Services

dentsu’s Bharti Agrawal has joined Monks as Chief Financial Officer, APAC, Marketing Services. As per her LinkedIn profile, Agrawal joined the company this month—in March 2026, and will be based in Singapore.

In her new role, she is expected to oversee financial strategy, operations, and governance across the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to this, Agrawal was with dentsu for over 10 years in leadership roles. She last held the role of CFO Southeast Asia at the company.

Bharti Agrawal is a sesoned leader with over 20 years of extensive financial experience together with operational, commercial and M&A expertise in listed and private organisations across the UK, Brazil and Southeast Asia. Most recently, she was the Southeast Asia CFO for Dentsu International, managing a direct team of 8 across 7 markets and responsible for reporting, forecasting, driving growth and the transformation agenda in a matrixed environment.

Before Dentsu, she held senior roles within Transaction Services and M&A at KPMG in both Brazil and the United Kingdom.
