Grey India has announced the appointments of Nikhil Guha as Executive Creative Director and Mahima Kukreja as Group Creative Director. The hires are part of the agency’s efforts to strengthen its creative leadership in Delhi.
Nikhil Guha returns to Grey from Leo Burnett, where he held a senior creative role. He began his career at Grey and brings over 17 years of experience across agencies including McCann, Havas, Publicis, Contract, and Leo Burnett. His work has received recognition at international award shows, including a Cannes Lion and a Grand Prix for Good at the APAC Effies.
Guha said, “First up, I'm thrilled to return to Grey, because it's where I started my career. On top of that, I'm even more excited to work with a CCO like Harsh. With his experience and mentorship, I want to raise the level of the work I do and create famously effective ideas that shine on the global stage.”
Mahima Kukreja joins as Group Creative Director and will work alongside Chief Creative Officer Harsh Kapadia. She has 14 years of experience at agencies such as DDB, .Monks, and Ogilvy, and has worked with clients including Mondelez, Tata, and Amazon. Her work spans digital films, social-first campaigns, and technology-driven storytelling. Kukreja was selected this year for the Cannes Lions ‘See It Be It’ programme, aimed at promoting female leadership in the industry.
