Indian dairy brand Madhusudan has launched its new campaign ‘Hindustan ka mann Madhusudan’, onboarding actor Akshay Kumar as the face of the brand. The TVC, conceptualised and executed by Shree Ganpati Productions, is now live across television and digital platforms, including Instagram Reels.
The new film blends slice-of-life humour with an emotional narrative inspired by everyday Indian moments, aiming to reinforce the brand’s values of trust, discipline and authenticity.
Speaking about the association, Moolchand Agarwal, CMD, Madhusudan said, “We wanted a story that feels both real and aspirational. The actor was a natural fit because, like our brand, he stands for discipline, consistency and trust. As someone who believes in leading a disciplined and fitness-oriented life, I see this collaboration as an extension of the values we live every day at Madhusudan. Our vision is to take the brand to new heights in India and globally, and this film is a meaningful step in that journey.”
The campaign’s core idea was written by Shivil Gupta, whose observational storytelling shaped the thought behind ‘Hindustan ka mann Madhusudan’. His approach draws from everyday cultural nuances to build a narrative that is both authentic and emotionally resonant.
On the making of the TVC, Siddhant R Tiwary, Founder and Director, Shree Ganpati Productions said, “From day one, we focused on honest storytelling—built on a simple, powerful insight rooted in everyday Indian emotions. We kept it minimal—fewer lines, real reactions, and attention to the smallest details. Akshay mentioned that when he shared the concept with other director-producers, they responded positively and liked its realistic humour. That response reassured us that we were on the right track.”
The cast, including Sakshi Tanwar, Paresh Ganatra, Sanand Verma and Sunita Rajwar, adds to the film’s realism and memorability.
The TVC is being rolled out across television, digital, and social media platforms, with extensions planned at retail touchpoints and on-ground activations.
