Lotus Herbals has appointed marketing professional Puja Singh as Assistant General Manager, Marketing.
In her new role, Singh will lead marketing and brand operations while driving strategic growth across the company’s portfolio, which includes Lotus Herbals, Lotus Dermabotanics, Lotus Makeup, Lotus Organics+, Lotus Botanicals and clinical skin-tech brand Dermacy.
An MBA gold medallist and alumna of Indian School of Business and Miranda House, Singh brings more than 15 years of experience in the beauty and personal care sector. She joins Lotus Herbals from McNROE Consumer Products, where she led marketing and innovation.
Her expertise spans brand strategy, celebrity and influencer marketing, and digital-first campaigns aimed at Gen Z and millennial audiences. She has also managed marketing budgets and P&L responsibilities, focusing on driving both brand visibility and e-commerce growth.
The appointment marks a return to Lotus Herbals for Singh, who earlier served as Marketing Manager for the brand’s make-up division and exclusive brand outlets. During that stint, she played a key role in launching and repositioning Lotus Makeup as a youth-focused brand.
In her new role, Singh will work on expanding the company’s presence across digital and traditional channels, as the brand accelerates its push into organic and dermatological skincare segments.
