Ogilvy US CEO Lyndsey Corona is stepping down after less than a year in the role, with Global CEO Laurent Ezekiel set to take over as interim CEO of North America. The agency has no immediate plans to appoint a permanent successor.
Corona assumed the US leadership role in November 2025 following a wider leadership reshuffle at Ogilvy. During her tenure, she focused on simplifying operations for clients and strengthening collaboration across the agency's integrated capabilities, while navigating broader restructuring within Ogilvy and parent company WPP.
According to the agency, Corona will move on to pursue an opportunity adjacent to the advertising industry. Before joining Ogilvy, she held leadership positions at WPP, Slap Global, McCann North America, Forsman & Bodenfors and TBWA New York.
