Pavanjit S Bedi has been elevated to Chief Marketing Officer – Foods at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). He shared the update in a post on LinkedIn.
Bedi described the Foods portfolio in India as one that combines ‘cultural relevance, scale and the opportunity for reinvention’. He added that as consumer behaviour continues to evolve, the focus will be on building brands that remain trusted while also reflecting changing preferences.
He has been with Unilever for more than 20 years. Prior to this role, Bedi served as Global Brand Vice President for over four years, where he led the global rebrand and transformation of Glow & Lovely.
During his career, he has worked across Beauty & Personal Care, managing brands such as Dove, Pears, Lifebuoy and Pond’s across India, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
