Mahesh Edible Oil Industries has appointed Ranbir Kapoor as brand ambassador for its flagship labels SALONI Mustard Oil, SALONI Soya Chunks and STAYFIT Refined Oil, signalling an aggressive push towards pan India expansion.
The company, which holds a strong presence across North and Eastern India, is targeting a 25 per cent year on year revenue increase in FY 2026 to 27. The growth strategy centres on geographic expansion, deeper rural penetration, and strengthened trade marketing and distribution partnerships.
Managing Director Dinesh Rathore said the move marks a new phase in the company’s evolution from a regional player to a nationally recognised food and edible oil brand. The firm is actively onboarding super stockists, dealers and distributors to widen its footprint across emerging and untapped markets.
Adding to this, Mr. Mahesh Rathore, Director, Mahesh Edible Oil Industries, said “We have built strong production capabilities, both in terms of quality and quantity. Our manufacturing capacity is being upgraded multiple folds year-on-year to support our expanding market reach. This ensures that as demand grows nationally, we are fully equipped to deliver consistently high-quality products at scale.”

The upcoming campaign featuring Kapoor aims to boost brand visibility, enhance consumer trust and drive household penetration across urban and rural India. The company expects the association to strengthen its positioning in the premium and semi premium segments.
Alongside its edible oil portfolio, Mahesh Edible Oil Industries is also scaling up its presence in the soya chunks category under the SALONI brand, tapping into rising demand for protein rich food options.
