JSW Motors Limited has appointed veteran automotive journalist and senior editor of the Times of India Pankaj Doval as the Head of Government and Corporate Affairs. The appointment is a part of several leadership changes taking place at the company, along with its plans to accelerate preparations for its passenger vehicle foray.
For his role, Doval brings in two decades of experience from the TOI where he covered the automotive industry, government policy, consumer electronics, telecommunications and information technology.
Prior to The Times of India, Doval has worked with he worked with The Financial Express, Press Trust of India (PTI) and United News of India. His appointment comes amidst the motor company’s hiring run across across engineering, manufacturing, product development, quality, purchasing, design, sales and marketing under the leadership of CEO Ranjan Nayak.
