FRND, an avatar-based audio social discovery platform, has launched ‘Dil Se Bol’, a campaign celebrating India’s linguistic diversity ahead of Independence Day.
Rooted in the theme ‘Honouring Freedom, Inspiring the Future’, the campaign focuses on the freedom to communicate in one’s preferred language and express oneself without inhibition or judgement.
The campaign film features everyday moments across multiple Indic languages, highlighting how familiar languages can make conversations more personal and meaningful. Through the initiative, FRND aims to promote spaces where users can connect through shared linguistic and cultural identities.
Commenting on the campaign, Bhanu Pratap Singh Tanwar, CEO & Co-founder, Interact Group (FRND), said: "India's diversity has always been one of its greatest strengths. Yet, beyond our different languages and backgrounds, there are emotions and experiences that connect us all. With the 'Dil Se Bol' campaign, we wanted to celebrate that shared Indianess while reminding people that authentic expression begins when we feel comfortable being ourselves. This Independence Day, we are celebrating not just the freedom to speak, but the freedom to speak from the heart."
As part of the campaign, FRND will host special singing and poetry rooms on its Radio feature on August 15, centred on patriotism and Independence Day.
FRND currently has more than three million monthly active users in India and operates in 10 Indic languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati and Bengali. Users spend an average of more than 30 minutes a day on the platform, which facilitates around 1.3 million conversations daily.
