Google has appointed Risha Magu as Director, Communications & Public Affairs. Magu announced the move through a LinkedIn post following her nearly four-year stint at Meta, where she served as Director Communications – Policy & Innovation (India).
Reflecting on her tenure at Meta, Magu described the experience as a period of “bold iteration”.
With more than 25 years of experience across consumer technology and communications, Magu brings expertise in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and crisis management.
Before joining Meta, she held roles at HMD Global, Microsoft India, and Nokia, among others.
