D’Souza shared the development through a LinkedIn post, confirming that she assumed the new position this month. Before the promotion, she served as Deputy Vice President, Marketing at the bank.

She has been associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank since July 2015 and has held multiple roles within the organisation over the years.
