Hosted across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Indore, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore and Kochi, SPL created a platform for employees from across functions and geographies to connect beyond their day-to-day roles. Commenting on the initiative, Shweta Singh, Senior Vice President, Spinny, said: "At Spinny, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow, fostering a strong sense of belonging and connection remains one of our biggest priorities. Spinny Premier League is a reflection of that commitment - it brings together colleagues across cities, functions and teams, creating opportunities to build relationships beyond day-to-day work. Watching employees from sales, customer experience, relationship management, inspections, operations, technology and business teams come together under one banner of #squadspinny is incredibly special. The tournament celebrates the energy, teamwork and culture that define who we are as an organisation. Our people are our greatest strength, and SPL is one of the many ways we celebrate them. Together, we go far."
Employee engagement continues to be a key pillar of Spinny's people strategy, with initiatives such as SPL aimed at fostering collaboration, trust and shared experiences across the business.
