POCO India has launched a new brand campaign, ‘POCO Cameras. True To Life.’, positioning smartphone photography around authentic moments rather than technical specifications.
With the campaign, the brand aims to move the conversation away from megapixels and camera hardware, highlighting the role of smartphones in capturing memories, relationships and everyday experiences.
Commenting on the campaign, Ken Sekhar, Head of Marketing, POCO India, said, “The thought behind this campaign came from a simple insight: when we look back at the photographs we cherish most… they are rarely the most technically perfect. They are the ones that make us feel something and instantly take us back to the emotions of that moment. Almost always, the perfect moment outlasts the perfect picture.”
He added, “At POCO, we believe a camera’s greatest purpose is to preserve those emotions authentically... With ‘POCO Cameras. True To Life.’, we’re celebrating authentic emotions because they are what make every photograph truly timeless.”
Targeted at young consumers, including creators, students and first-time professionals, the campaign reflects the growing preference for documenting real-life experiences over pursuing technically perfect images.
As part of the initiative, the campaign film has been shot entirely on POCO smartphones, reinforcing the brand’s message that meaningful stories can be captured without elaborate production or professional equipment.
The campaign will roll out across digital and social media platforms, encouraging users to focus on living moments rather than chasing the perfect shot.
