BigBasket, a TATA Enterprise, recorded increased sales during Durga Puja and Dussehra 2025, as customers used the platform for a range of festive needs. The company’s 10-minute delivery service was used to order items including idols, dhunuchis, pooja essentials, sweets, and clothing.
Compared to 2024, sales of idols rose by 36% and dhunuchis by 42%. Sales of pooja essentials, including flowers and offerings, increased by 128%.
Bigbasket’s rapid delivery service was used for last-minute requirements such as pooja items and gifts. This year’s offerings included eco-friendly diyas, festive hampers, and sweets.
