Ogilvy India has promoted Rajneesh Bolia to the role of Chief Innovation Officer. Bolia announced the development through a LinkedIn post, marking a new phase in his seven-year stint with the agency.
Prior to the elevation, Bolia was serving as National Head–Creative Technology, where he worked across innovation-led initiatives and creative technology solutions.
Sharing the update, Bolia reflected on his journey with the agency and the opportunities that allowed him to experiment and grow within the organisation.
Rajneesh Bolia, Chief Innovation Officer, Ogilvy India, wrote, “I’m humbled to share that I’m stepping into a new role as Chief Innovation Officer, Ogilvy India. Over the last 7 years, Ogilvy India has become home. It has been a journey of learning, building, experimenting, failing, figuring things out, and growing—made possible largely because of the trust, support and belief of leaders who gave me the space to do all of that.”
He further added, “What excites me most is not just the role, but what it represents. We are at a point where creative technology and innovation are no longer side conversations—they are becoming central to how agencies create value, solve business problems, and shape the future of creativity.”
Bolia has been associated with the agency for the past seven years, during which he has worked across technology-driven creative mandates and innovation-focused projects.
